Don Hattan Dealerships Lifetime Powertrain Limited Warranty

In consideration of your purchase of the above described vehicle, the Don Hattan Dealership from which you purchased the vehicle warrants to Purchaser that during the Term of this Limited Warranty, it will repair or replace any Covered Part which is defective in workmanship or material.

This Limited Warranty is subject to the following terms, conditions and limitations:

1. This Limited Warranty is extended to the Purchaser only and is not transferable or enforceable by any other person.
   
   
2. Covered Parts: The coverage of this Limited Warranty is limited to the following parts: Engine Component: [Cylinder block and heads and all internal Lubricated Parts; harmonic balancer; turbocharger; supercharger; timing gear, chain and belt; timing cover; intake and exhaust manifolds; valve covers; oil pan; and engine mounts. Loss of compression through gradual failure of rings or valves is not covered.]Transmission: [Transmission  case and all internal Lubricated Parts; torque converter; flex plate; vacuum modulator; and transmission mounts.]
   
   Note: Don Hattan will determine all parts and components used in conjunction with repairs performed under this Limited Warranty. The parts and components will be of like kind and quality and may be new, used, refurbished or remanufactured.
   
   
3. Percentage of Retail Repair Costs to be Paid by Purchase: 0%
   Deductible to be paid by Purchaser: $100
   
   
4. Term of Limited Warranty: The term of this Limited Warranty is the life of the Vehicle for as long as Purchaser owns the Vehicle.
   
   
5. Exclusions: This Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to:
   1. Items covered by an existing manufacturer’s warranty or covered by the manufacturer under a publically announced recall;
   2. Items covered by Extended Service Contract or like product that applies to the Vehicle;
   3. Seals and gaskets except when required in connection with the replacement of the parts listed above;
   4. Adjustments, tune-ups, alignment, towing, road service, storage or repair or replacement of any components or parts not expressly identified as a Covered Part.
   5. Any defect or failure not due to faulty workmanship or material, including but not limited to, defects or failure cause by negligence,misuse, lack of maintenance as specified by the manufacturer, collision, accident, fire or other casualty.
      
      
6. Purchaser’s Obligations: To obtain repairs or replacements covered by this Limited Warranty, Purchaser must:
   1. Notify Don Hattan at (316) [744-1275] of any defect of any Covered Part within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Don Hattan will direct you to the location of one of its service locations.
   2. Deliver the Vehicle to the location Don Hattan directs within a reasonable time, and present Purchaser’s copy of this Limited Warranty.
   3. Authorize Don Hattan to make the repairs or replacements required to be performed; and
   4. Upon re-delivery of the repaired Vehicle, pay the deductible.
      
      
7. Exclusion of Liability: Don Hattan shall not be responsible or liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defects covered by this Limited Warranty, including but not limited to, property damage, loss of use, special damages, loss of profits, loss of income, and inconvenience.
   
   
8. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
