Don Hattan Ford provided me with the best experience possible! I had been looking around for a new vehicle for a while when I came across the vehicle I wanted. I requested information regarding the vehicle and immediately got a response back. My customer experience advocate provided the best experience and assistance ever. They were friendly and helpful. The finance director also was extremely helpful when looking for the best financing options available and being patient throughout the whole process. If sometime in the future I am looking for a new vehicle, I will for sure come to Don Hattan Ford again. I recommend the same to others! Jill Hattan has done a phenomenal job hiring her staff and all the extra perks at all locations. From beginning to end, walking onto the lot through signing papers, everyone was so incredibly helpful to us! Our customer experience advocate did so much work and research assisting us with finding the right car for our daughter, to the general sales manager assisting with making other suggestions and making calls to higher ups, to finishing with finance going above and beyond with finding the best financial solution for us to stay within our budget and then some. The day was spent having serious conversations and many laughs. We highly recommend the West Side location to anyone that is looking for a vehicle! Extremely impressed! Don Hattan West for the win!

Don Hattan Derby Service Department is the best from start to finish. My service advisor was super friendly and a true professional, walking me through everything they were doing and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, but advised me on what I might need in the future and let me know how much that might cost later. They honestly had the best price in Derby, convenient and clean. I really wish I had purchased my car from them instead of another local dealer, but definitely know I will buy from them when I am ready to trade up. Everyone working there was great and overall, the best and most complete service I have had at any dealership or auto repair shop. Don’t waste your time shopping around for the best value like I did. I’ve done all the work. Just go to Don Hattan in Derby, KS. P.S. You guys, they even washed my filthy car!

This was my first experience with Don Hattan, and it was great! I had my vehicle stolen and was dealing with the insurance company and they made the process easy and comfortable. I had several text conversations with my customer experience advocate prior to coming into the dealership and they were able to help me so much with just text conversations. When I did decide on a couple vehicles to test drive, they set up the appointment and made me feel welcome. My customer experience advocate was so understanding and helpful when I took a couple vehicles out to test drive. It’s always a little awkward test-driving cars with a stranger, but I honestly enjoyed their company and conversation. I liked the fact I could take the vehicle overnight and drive it more. I did not feel pressure to buy and felt like once I made my choice, the buying process was simple. I feel confident if I had any issues with my vehicle, I could easily reach out and get the help I need.

Don Hattan Ford has been my go to Ford dealer for the last three years that I have lived in the greater Wichita area. I drive 30 minutes one way just to get there for the excellent service they provide. A few years back, they took care of some warranty work on a truck I no longer have, but they got me in right away to tell me it was safe to drive when other Ford dealers said they wouldn’t even see me for weeks just to look at it. Top notch customer service out at that dealership. Would go there for anything with my vehicles.

About a week or so ago, my car made the bold decision to work no longer. Don Hattan was recommended to me by several friends, a couple family members, and a really weird dude eavesdropping on my story of somehow getting my good for nothing car into the Sonic parking lot, but I guess you could call it a “sign”. Once I got there, I told my customer experience advocate about everything I wanted, and he had several cars ready for me to test drive, and we even took a small trip to a different location for the car I ultimately fell in love with. After going over numbers with the finance team, they had my car ready and waiting on me, all warmed up with my favorite monster in the cup holder. Anyways, I will definitely recommend y’all from here on.

Purchasing a car with Don Hattan Derby…Stellar! Went in with a clear idea of what I wanted, but my customer experience advocate was great at guiding me in the right direction! They are anything but a pushover and was so personable, but overall helped me make the right decision! I will mention the car I went with was a trade-in literally made overnight! My customer experience advocate was willing to show it to me, in the shop, as it was starting to get detailed! Insane how fate works! I’ve been to the other dealers in and around town and bought, in the past, from a hurry up and go, go, go for the deal they want. This dealership is nothing of the sort. Made a great purchase, with a great offer. Highly suggest this team!

I give a huge shout out to Don Hattan! First of all, I have bought a good share of vehicles in my lifetime. I hated going to the dealership, it would be an all-day event! Don Hattan made this so easy, and all the staff were excellent. No high-pressure salespeople, no bumping up the vehicle’s price just because you have a trade in, and the best part, the salesmen are not in your face trying to sell you something you don’t want. This is the first time ever I didn’t regret buying a vehicle. I just want to say thank you for making this process so easy, I will tell all my friends and co-workers about this amazing place.
